the two places in the truck to plug in the cell phone charger and for the ciggarette lighter it does not work i am somewhat pretty sure i checked the right fuse and that fuse is still good and thay still do not work both of them went out just all the sudden one day and we use this also to charge out garmin navigation

Have you checked for power using a test light? Also, have you checked to make sure the wiring is not broken or damaged?
