IF AIR CONDITIONER IS OFF OR ON HEAT IS BLOWING FROM THE DEFROSTER. WHEN I TURN A/C ON HEAT IS ONLY BLOWING FROM THE DEFORSTER AND NOTHING FROM VENTS.

Hi:
There are vent doors in the HVAC duct work that direct the air to different places. They may not be working correctly. You will need to remove the duct work and check if any are stuck or broken.
