I am having problem with the air conditioning. The air is not blowing out through the vent, plus the air is not cold. I was told I do not need any air conditioningcoolant..

You have a couple problems. First, it the air won't blow through the vents, you are looking for a vacuum leak. The vent doors are actuated by vacuum. If there isn't enough due to a leak, it will blow anywhere it wants.

As far as the AC not being cold, I need you to check if the compressor is cycling (clicking on and off) when the both the engine and ac are on.

Let me know.
