When I turn on my AC it blows out the defroster not the vents. Its not that cool. I bought it used and it worked correctly at that time, 18 mos ago. What please should I do? What is the problem?

I don't have the money to donate I will next week.
Thank You for your help!

Hi there,

The first thing that you will need to do is get the A/C refrigerant level checked as i feel it is low, you may have a leak, them get the Bi-level controls checked as it is jambed on defrost, this is all up under the dash so it will be a job for a mechanic.
