HAD IT CHECK BUT WHAT DOES FUEL TO RICH FOR SYSTEM MEANS

All engines require both fuel and air to run. If the fuel is too rich, that basically means you are getting too much gas and not enough air. Is the air filter plugged? Also, did any codes come up for an O2 sensor or temp sensor?
