There is a squeaking noise from the front of the car while driving. It also happens when I close the front passanger side door.

Hi:
Chances are it's a rubber bushing. Check the sway bar bushings and the shock bushings. Spray them with penetrating oil to see if it stops. Also, make sure the ball joints are properly greased.
Let me know what you find.

Unfortunately, if you haven't already replaced the tie-rods, and ball joints, there are NO grease zerks on a FORD of Mercury product. Manufacturer stupidity, or guaranteed repair bill? Fix Or Repair Daily?
