2002 Mercury Marquis Heater and a/c fan stop blowing

My 2002 grand marquis air conditioner and heater fan stop blowing last week. I checked all of the fuses and don't know where to find the problem.

Get a test light and see if there is power at the fan motor, If it has power but doesnt work, the motor is bad.If no power, most likely the fan speed resistor is bad
