How do I locate Cylinder 5?

Engine problem
2001 Mercury Marquis V8 65000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
My OBD2 diagnosis says "Cylinder 5 Misfire". How do I locate Cylinder 5? My car user manual does not identify.
