2001 Mercury Marquis 01 mercury marquis not getting gas

the car was just moved, started up just fine. shut it off, came back out and nothing. check the pump relay, good. I checked the fuel rail and no pressure. got down and put my ear on the tank and nothing. checked the wiring and nothing. the relay is working you can hear it. what else could it be? Please help!!!

Check the inertia fuel cut off switch if its tripped located in trunk on left support if not-Test fuse no.1 20amp and fuel pump relay
