1999 Mercury Marquis V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 120k miles

My car overheated the other day and since then I have noticed leakage of coolant dripping behind alternator from a small hose. What could this be?

I'm not sure...but I'll look at mine in the AM. I also have a 99 (just purchased it 1 week ago) with 92000 on it.
