1998 Mercury Marquis brake light blown fuse

1998 Mercury Marquis V8 Automatic 113000 miles

my Myput my foot on the brake. my hazards work fine until i do put my foot on the brake. So since that fuse keeps blowin i cant switch gears out of park. How do i fix this problem?

You have a short within the brake circuit in order to come out of park you need to locate the short
