1995 Mercury Marquis missing under load/runs rough

I have a Grand Marquis that is missing under load A LOT. I put new plugs and wires in it and no improvement. I replaced EGR valve and still missing. Do you have any recommendations or thoughts on where I should look for the solution to this problem? Thank you.
