Can anyone tell me what it may-be besides spark plugs and coil pack cause I replaced them. Then I checked the cats and both good. Is there anything else I can do?

Could be a lean misfire due to vacuum leaks, injectors,fuel pressure problem to include and engine burning oil thru valves and rings-
