1992 Mercury Marquis fuel pump fuse

I have a 1992 mercury grand marquis that keep blow fuses on the fuse box under the hood on the left i have changed it twice and it still blows out. what could the problem be?

Your posting says this is a fuel pump fuse. Is that correct? If that is the only component on that fuse load, then the fuel pump is drawing to many amps and needs to be replaced.
