if the car is burning oil its a pretty big problem to fix because one of two things is happening either you have bad valve guide seals and they need replaced or you have bad piston rings and they need replaced, if its the seals then you have to have the head machined and new seals put in it, if its the rings then the motor has to be tore completely down and new rings have to be put on the pistons
