1988 Mercury Marquis starting

my 1988 grand marquis ran fine last night, went to start this morning-cranked fine, no fire. removed plug to check for spark, saw spark. Tried starter fluid, nothing, removed cap , no moisture-gave a shot of wd to be sure, still nothing. Can hear fule pump prime upon clicking key to on position? any clue? thanks, jeff

try dumping gas in the throttle body, if that doesnt start it then thers somethign wrong with the igntion system or engine mechanical ie broken timing belt, poor compression.
