2002 Mercury Cougar fuel problem

i was driveing and car just dies so changed fuel pump,relays,fuses,fuel filters to find i have no power going to fuel pump.is there a fuel shut off switch for crashes, or dose it get its power from a cam sencer, or where do i look because i have no power to fuel pump, but have good fuses and new relays so what run fuel pump?

Try looking in the trunk for the fuel inertia cut off switch might be tripped-
