2002 Mercury Cougar breaks and roaters

the dealership I work at is giving me a good deal on a break job the problem is they told me my roaters were so bad it would be pointless to change the break pads with out doing the roaders so last minute I picked up only one roater and they are going to change the breaks and the one roater and change the other roater monday is it going to cause damage to drive my car until monday like this?
