This happens only when engine is cold. When backing out of the garage in the morning, the car is making a low howling noise. It is not too loud, but I don't need any effort to hear it. Once transmission is put into Drive mode to go forward, the noise disappears. It only happens when backing up with cold engine. If it's just the noise, could I keep driving it without bothering to get it fixed?
