hello.
im having couple issues with my 2000 cougar. my cig lighter doesnt work at all, and i dont have an owners manual to figure out which fuse is broken, so i cant determine which fuse to replace. i guess i either need to know which fuse, or what the layout would be, or if its possible that the problem isnt a fuse at all. is it fixable without bringing my car back to the shop?

Brooke - it is located in the Central Junction Box which is located under the left-hand side of the dash panel. It should be fuse 27, a 15A fuse.
