The interior lights and headlights keep flickering and there is a wheezing noise that seems to coincide with the lights. I was wanting to know what could be causing the lights to flicker and the noise. I took it in twice to the same place to have the alternator changed, adn they said that they tightened all of the wiring.

this is a recall issue. need to contact your local Ford dealer and let them know your vehicle still needs fixed for this issue. I believe the fix is that they re-route the alternator wiring and torque specs were updated for the cables as well.
