1999 Mercury Cougar vibration in steering wheel

when i apply the brakes in my 99 cougar the steering wheel moves to right and shakes bad i have had all types of front end parts repaired and it still does it wondering if you can help me.

have the brake system checked. this normally occurs due to a worn brake rotor.
