I am having trouble shifting in 1st and 3rd gears in my 5speed

Like hard to push into gear? Any noise? Every other gear good? Guessing syncros on 1 and 3

Shifts hard sometimes, grinds sometimes, even in gear stick is sloppy, can be moved around slightly.

Maybe worn shift control assembly and worn syncros.
Need to remove and tear down inspecting all parts in other words rebuild.
