1999 Mercury Cougar sunroof will not open/close and stereo

All fuses are good but what would keep sunroof from opening/closing and the stereo playing? Could this be related to an ignition switch problem

Have to check for power
you should have battery power at the rear of radio at all time and with key on
if fuses OK check ignition switch
check for power with key on
