1999 Mercury Cougar Right rear tire is "cupping"

Rt rear tire is cupping and vibrating (bouncing?) at speeds over 53 mph. Is it simply the tire or something more seriious (shock, wheel bearing or?)

Hi there,

This may well be a tyre problem, but it would be safe to have the suspension, and associated components inspected at the same time, just to be safe.
