1999 Mercury Cougar oil on spark plugs

My mechanic cant figure out why 3 spark plugs are being saturated with oil after changing them causing the car to misfire and fouling the plugs this happenen after driving the car 50miles or so he cant figure out why any suggestions?

The mechanic should have figure that one out easily by doing a compression test to determine whether its valves/seals/stem/guides/ring/ and cylinder wear that's causing it to leak-
