1997 Merc Cougar XR7 30th Ann. edition: Have checked with a service station owner who has been in business 50 years this year, Ford- Detroit Tech. Assistance,a local dealer & 2 aftermarlet parts suppliers, all to no avail. The dealer said it was a round metal can (old Tung-Sol type) near the under-dash fuse panel, but it's not. Fuses & lamps are all good. Used the hazard flashers this past Sunday to lend assistance to an accident victim and have not had turn signals or flashers since. Which once again goes to prove that" no good deed goes unpunished" Please Help ! Thanks, Steve Greenway Pt. Arthur, TX
