1995 Mercury Cougar Oil Dipstick Low?

Hi, I have a mercury cougar 1995 V8. It has 50200 miles on it, and had an oil change about 1500-2000 miles ago. Well I noticed after driving it that the dipstick looked low. But I havent expirenced any performance problems, nor do I have any symptoms, such as blue smoke out of the exhaust. Is this normal?

Hi there,

Re fill to the correct level and re check after 1000 Mls, if it is ok, it may have not been topped up correctly after the last service.
