Electrical problem
1995 Mercury Cougar V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
As previously recommended I changed the brake light switch located on the brake peddle, and I still have no brake light (tail or third). I have checked the fuse and have power to the fuse block and the appropriate fuse. Brakes are working well, just bled them. Im out of ideas, any suggestions?

Depress brake pedal and look for power at brown wire at light bulb socket-do you have it? If so test the ground black wire continuity.
