1994 Mercury Cougar 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

replacing water pump and power steering pump bracket has to be removed and power steering pulley has to come off what is the best way of removing thank you.

To get P/S pully off and on need special tool maybe able to rent for a parts house.
