1991 Mercury Cougar V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 118K miles

I've taken out the thing on the bottom of the steering wheel and see wires and black boxes everywhere.. But where does the new flasher go? :S

Your vehicle's flasher is located in the front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted on support bracket .
