hi my car is makeing a noise in the back it sounds kinda like a pice of rubber hitting on the wheal weld and it dosent always do it my brakes are makeing a squeal now and then please help me!

Welll, the brakes squeeling is a sign that you need new brake pads. But as for the sound of something hitting the inner fender- no clue. See if its the tire rubbing against the inner fender or something.
