1993 Mercury Capri Need Help

When standing, the engine idle will decrease & engine will run real rough and die or try to die. Mechanic has tried all the computer diagnostics, fuel injection service, new distributor cap, rotor, and wires, mass flow air sensor, fuel pressure regulator valve, and the fuel filter replaced. Have any ideas?

Inspect and test the idle speed control bypass air solenoid, the throttle position sensor, EGR valve and recheck the fuel pressure.

Is it idling so low that it misses and dies or is it missing that is causing the stalling. If the idle continues to drop, I would start with the IAC, they can become sticky and or slow causing a stalling/low idle, although testing ok and not seting any codes
