I was driving my car when many warning signs popped up. The signs were brake lights, battery, brake wear, and headlights. While I was driving, the car wouldn’t accelerate as before. After I got to my destination, I Checked my brake light and saw that 1 side was no longer working. I left my car parked and went off for 30 minutes. Then I started my car and shifted the gear to reverse, my car did not move. So I turned off the car, then turned it on again, I put it to reverse and it worked, my car moved.4 hours later, The same thing happened, I got in my car and put the gear on to reverse it wouldn’t move, so I tried again I turned it off then turned it on and it moved. The day after, I got someone to replace my light bulbs for the break light and my break light still doesn’t work. All of these issues occurred on the same day. The day before there were no issues.

This could be a problem with the front or rear SAM control unit, which is common, but we should check all fuses with the system on. This guide can help, and I have included the fuse locations in the images below.

If the fuses are good, we need to do a CAN scan, you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

and

Here is one for about $99.00 if you need it:

I have also included how to change out the front and rear SAM controller in case you need it after the scan. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
