My soft-top seems to be having difficulty closing and locking. The top comes up very slowly and it almost comes to a complete stop when about 3/4 of the way closed. It does eventually close and lock but the motor that controls the top makes a high pitch spinning sound. I have also noticed what appears to be gear oil dripping from where the top locks into up by the sun visors on the drivers side. Anyone else have this or a similar problem?

You have hydraulic cylinders that operate the latches to lock and unlock the top in the header. The seals in these cylinders will leak over time. The high pitch sound is your pump that is low in fluid in the trunk under the spare tire.
