2000 Mercedes Benz S430 V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 92k miles

passenger seal, window and mirroe all the sudden don't have power. all fuses verified ok and all other quadrants of car work fine. What could it be?

You more than likely have a failed passanger door control module which distributes and controls power to all passanger side components. This would explain why the fault is contained to this area of the vehicle.
