I think the ac block is behind the glove box but I can"t find a way to get to it. I have a vacuum leak that appears when I accelerate heavily causing the blower to shut off. It returns when I hold a constant speed for about 30 seconds. Thanks, Barnie Guest

Hello and thanks for donating

the blower motor and heater unit are located near the passenger side firewall, under the hood. you could check there first. if no vacuum lines found then you would have to remove the passenger side dash panel to access the HVAC components behind dash. you may get away with just removing the glove box which should be held in by some pins at each side, you can push in on the sides to release.
