Brakes problem
2003 Mercedes Benz S320 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 78k miles

i have the car up and wheels off how do I remove caiper to replace pads. It seems to have some rubber boot where I think the caliper bolt head is. Do I need to remove the boot? there are also two 18MM bolts but I think the support the whole assembly.

thanks

Ok you do need to remove those 18 mm bolts and that will allow you to remove the caliper. Here is a pic of the rear caliper and 31a are the bolt that you need to remove ok.
