When I am pressing breaks then ASR & ABS lights stay on also back stop light not working...?

This sounds like you may have a failed stop lamp switch. This is located under the dash off of the brake pedal lever. Failure of this will cause the Abs/asr lights and rear brake lights to fail. It is a fairly common failure part
