after replacing the egr valve the code is still appearing. any tips or clues? thanks james

This code is fairly common to "trick" the owner into thinking that changing the EGR valve itself will fix the issue. Unfortunately, this is almost never the case. It is usually a dirty throttle body, bad gasket at throttle body or loose/clogged vacuum line.
