Dirty Fuel Injectors?

I have a 1984 Mercedes-Benz 300 turbo diesel Wagon. The wagon was running great till I think I made a bad batch of biodesiel. The first cold morning after running on the new blend of biodesiel the wagon began to lose power. I quickly added straight diesel and this helped some but still had power loss. The fuel filters clogged several times. I have changed those several times and now that we are running on normal diesel the fuel filter clogging has stopped. The wagon now runs fine for about 30 minutes and then loses power and shuts off. Could this be from dirty or clogged fuel injectors? What should I do about cleaning then?

People that are in to bio-diesel know that the Mercedes injection pump is the only pump that will handle bio-diesel with out being preheated, except when it gets cold. since you did not tell me the chemical make-up of your bio-diesel I cannot give you good advice, except the only stuff I have ever found to work is Chevron Textron injector cleaner, take off the fuel filter and put in 1/2 the bottle in and put the ather 1/2 in the tank that should do it.
now I have some time to B.S.
if you remember the movie unsupervised teens, ( I think that was the name, I supply hundreds of car for WB I cant keep all the movies straight) filmed by Warner Brothers I supplied them two 1978 Mercedes 300D for the bio-freak in the movie, I thought you would like to see it.
