Try to pull to the right or to the left on the steering wheel, and then turn the ignition switch while holding pressure on the steering wheel.

I have tried it several times but still not working. Any other alternative? I had the front wheels lifted and left it hanging but still wont turn. I have tried spraying the ignition switch with an anti-corrosive spray but still not turning.

Is there any alternative way to have this ignition turn?

Thank you.

Bong.

I am certainly not trying to offend you in anyway. Think about what you wrote, You think that part X is bad becasue some jerk from Niagara Falls THINKS this may be the problem?

I strongly suggest that you have it towed to a shop and have them find out the true reason. I'm here to help you. My assumptions over the net are not good enough in this case. My suspicions may be correct, but what if they aren't? It may cost you more to screw around than to have it done. I'll do what you want and help as I can, but this needs to be looked at. Which I can't do over the net.

Paul,

Thanks buddy!

I will have it looked by a mechanic here. I will share what to do when the mechanic find out what really is the cause of the problem.

All the Best!

IT really is in your best interest. There are some GMs for example that have a shift interlock mechanism that can cause the problem too. This isn't something that I can guide you through over the net. I certainly don't want to come across in the wrong way. I have a responsibility to not make your life more difficult, and I think it would go in that directon in this particular case. Looking forward to what you learn.
