2003 Other Mercedes Benz Models Blower motor and heat

AC only blows hot air and no speed control for the fan. Was able to take a 40 amp fuse fan motor out and reinstall heard a motor run and AC worked correctly. Also pulled a relay out and did the same thing now neither of those seem to cause the motor to run ac only blowing hot air and one speed.Think it is a door opening or closing when Iheard the motor run not sure though. Have changed relay under hood with another with no results. Possible ignition problem or another relay? Any help thanks.

If you have no speed control you may be experiencing a failed blower motor regulator. This regulates power to the blower motor for speed selection.
