HAD NEW TIRES PUT ON AND FRONT PADS AND ROTARS. NOW HAVE BAS AND ESP FLASHING ON DASH BOARD. HOW DO I CLEAR. HAD OIL CHANGED ALSO.

This may be due to loosing traction more than a failure. When traction lose is detected this warning will flash. Unless it is staying on this is probably what you are experiencing.
