E 320. It makes a whistling type noise upon starting, it changes tone a little and then goes away, only upon starting, radio on or off, sounds like it's coming from inside the dash area.

This may be a blend door for the ac and heating ducts not sealing completely. They have seals that can wear on them. If you listen to the vents individually you may be able to better pinpoint the location hoever repair may require some dash disassembly.
