I have slk230 when I put car into drive gear and acelerate I start hearing a viberation in shifting colum very annoying. can you help?

I would recommend checking your flex disks or (propeller shafts). See there location on the diagram at the front and back of the driveshaft.

Check the disks for any cracking as this will cause vibrations when accelerating under the gear selector area.
