1997 Other Mercedes Benz Models Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Automatic 80000 miles

My moms car went to a shop for a tire rotation and afterwards she noticed that her door locks wouldn't work. Could the shop caused this problem? The model car is a E320 class 4 door.

It is more possibly just coincidental than anything else. A tire rotation should absolutely not have caused any effects on the central locking system.
