when I turn the steering wheel in my e420 i get suspension noise. Even when not moving. what could be the cause? It is a 1995 MB e420 and the noise is like a creaking noise that sound like a greasing issue.

it is a 1995 MB e420 and the noise sounds like a grease issue coming from the front end suspension. Like dry metal rubbing when turning the steering wheel. Happens whether or not the vehicle is moving.
