1999 Mercedes Benz ML430 V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic

THE ENGINE DIED WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY. AFTER ABOUT 15MIN IT STARTED AND I PROCEEDED DOWN THE ROAD AND IT DIED AGAIN. NOW THE VEHICLE WON'T START. iT HAS POWER AND WANTS TO CRANK HOWEVER IT TRIES TO TURNOVER AND THEN DIES.

Crankshaft sensor most likely bad. Common item. Get OE ONLY. Its on the bell housing on the transmisison. You can get it from the top on the driver's side. HTH.
