2003 Mercedes Benz ML350 Door Locks

Electrical problem
2003 Mercedes Benz ML350 Engine Size unknown Two Wheel Drive Automatic 61000 miles

The left rear door will unlock with the rest of the doors. However when starting to drive all the doors lock, except for the left back and it keeping clicking for a few seconds trying to lock, but does not. In order to lock the door, I need to manually push it down.

Please advise.

the door locks on ML's are electric.With the door lock clicking,you would need a new l/r door lock assy.
